D.U.M.B DEEP UNDERGROUND MILITARY BASE
The Raven Rock Mountain Complex is located near Ligonier PA in
Adams County. It functions as the working backup for the Pentagon. It
is 650 feet below the summit and has four entrances.
This notorious cryptic facility is built under Raven Rock Mountain. It is
located near the Maryland – Pennsylvania border. It was built during
the Cold War period and goes by names such as, Site R and the
Underground Pentagon. It’s mission is to facilitate the “Continuity of
Operations Plan”, which is a blueprint on how the government would
position itself in case of a nuclear strike or some other catastrophe.
Military planning and communications will be handled from this
location. Not far from Site R in Virginia, is the Mount Weather
Emergency Operations Center. It is controlled by FEMA and is the
civilian counterpart to Site R.
RAVEN ROCK / SITE R
It has been rumored that when 911 took place Vice President Cheney
was taken to the Raven Rock facility.
There are alleged to be 57 D.U.M.B. locations in the United States.
Some are known thru publicly available records and some information
came from people that worked in them, lived by them and some from
retired military personnel. These underground bases do get
prominent play in the dark rumors of captured aliens and alien
technology.

We at the UFO Research Center of Pennsylvania agree there are
underground bases used by the military all over the world. These
underground bases and fortifications exist in every country and have
for many years.
The few we know about are products of the Cold War and we are
meant to know about them. It’s the ones we don’t know about and
what their purpose is. That is a bothersome question that lingers.
